THE MIND
The first step in achieving your intentions is to visualize yourself performing out each one. Visualization generates the energy to accomplish your intentions. Energy flows where attention goes. Prepare to win the game within the game, it all starts in the mind.
To learn from your performances you will assess what went well and what you can improve after each performance.
THE BODY
Completing the three daily prompts will allow you to center yourself with a grateful perspective ahead of your performance. A great teammate is a teammate that finds ways to encourage others, regardless of position or status.
THE SOUL
Establishing your overall wellness score allows you to be informed on your most impactful habits in order to properly prepare for your upcoming performance.
Recovery is an essential element of high performance in order to sustain your level of play, find at least one way to recover.

Meet the Author
Jordan Green was rated among the top high school shooting guards in the class of 2011. He was selected for the inaugural Ball-is-Life All-American Game the same year, ending his career as Flower Mound High School’s All-Time leading scorer.
Jordan continued his playing career at Texas A&M University as a decorated three-year starter and a two-time team captain. Jordan earned a spot on the AllState NABC Good Works Team in his senior year, leaving a legacy of excellence which includes a statue on the university’s campus.
After college, Jordan spent two years in business development at Ernst & Young in Dallas, Texas. From there he decided to return to his playing career by joining the Spurs organization; playing professionally for 3 years, and winning a championship in the inaugural year of the NBA G-League in 2018.
Jordan continued to gain experience playing in the NBA Summer League as well as internationally; playing in Brazil, China, France, and the Middle East. He has spent years traveling the globe growing the game of basketball through organizations like Athletes in Action and Nike.
Jordan currently serves as the Chief Experience Officer of a six million dollar sports tech start-up company - Ballogy, where he drives product development and strategic content to expand the company’s overall reach to today’s athletes.
Jordan recently launched The Whole Athlete Journal, a business aimed at equipping athletes at all stages with the resources to combat the mental, physical, and spiritual battles of playing competitive sports. Jordan’s professional passions stem from a deep desire to leave the game of basketball better than he found it. He loves spending time with his wife of seven years, and their two sons.
